Ticket Refunds
Refund is available one day before the concert. No refund or exchange is possible on the day of the concert

Package Ticket
- Package Ticket with the seats assigned may enter the concert hall without receiving reserved-seat tickets.
Invitation tickets
- Invitation tickets with no designated seats have to be exchanged with seat tickets at the concert venue.(On a first come, first served basis)
Tickets for the disabled and men of national merit
- Handicapped and meritorious persons with identification cards may purchase tickets at the concert venue and through telephone reservation at a discount rate.
When receiving tickets, they have to present their cards.

- Children under 7 are not be admitted unless otherwise stated(such as youth concerts.
